WW has eaten my stuff

I'm afraid to use the market and email system until they fix this piece of ****.
I have stuff bought at the BM, but i can't claim it. all options are greyed out:-(

Known-ish issue. You need to exit the game completely then start it up again and log back in. Rumor is it has to do with "spamming" the market.
I need to check my other toons to see if this is true across the rest of my account, but my main badger definetly had items in WW before I17 went live and when I dropped in for the first time today to check on stuff and buy some salvage there was nothing in there.
I know there were some issues, so am wondering if I'm the only one this has happend to? I'm not to worried, it wasn't a huge amount, but am a little dissapointed that this happened.
