Any Emp defenders here farm the last mission of ITF?

I'm thinking of rolling an Emp/Psi/Power to switch to villains and use it for farming the ITF. Imperious is a beast and a power-build upped fortitude gets him near the softcap with Maneuvers, plus +50% damage with assault and a ridiculous amount of ToHit (like 60%) :P.

Best part is, his level scales with difficulty setting, so it barely matters if you set it to +0 or +4!

Anyone ever farm ITF this way?
