I have a lvl 50 elec / SD Brute that I never really bothered to slot and have decided to make a scrapper since I like the powersets so much. As far as the build goes, I like body mastery for thematic purposes but if I have to change it, or any other powers then it is not that big of a deal. I do not plan on farming or anything like that but I would like to be able to hold my own and be able to contribute to teams. Pre-thanks for any help and now for the build.
