Actually, it turns out that it was automaticly added in. I decided to log in and check to see if Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning was available for my power sets and it was there.

After the fact, I thought--well, "immediately" is probably overkill, considering that they can probably see that you've been charged for it, and don't have it... Either way...yay!
