Cannot Log Into Play

If you mean that you can play a character if you create it but you can't select that character a second time to enter the game then it's a bug that I haven't seen for quite a while. There is nothing you can do client side, the problem is with your account server side.
You have to either open up a problem ticket through the CoH website or you cann create a new character and once you are in the game you can /petition Character Problem. In the petition state exactly what the problem is, that you can create and play a character but after logging out you can't select that character to enter the game again. Whoever gets the petition should be able to fix it for you fairly quickly and easily because the problem was seen fairly often for a while. Just be sure to regularly check the email associated with your account in case they ask for more information. But when I last saw this nobody was being asked for information any more and the problem was usually fixed within a day of the petition.

I've logged back into the game and onto the server to play. But when I select my character to play I cannot enter the game. The button doesn't light up and will not let me click it. What is going on? This is one of many problems I am having.
