Unable to pick a face???

I am starting up playing the game again and attempting to create a new character, but when I get to the costume part of it it give me no options for the face. Not a single one. Just the default for whatever gender I picked. I've tried everything I can think of to fix it. My friend is playing on this same computer and a different one and not having the problem, it's just me. Anyone know what this is about and how to fix it?

Are you by any chance cycling through the face shape options, rather than the face detail options? (Try going one option down.)

Hrm... in that case, next time you load into the game, I'd hit the "Verify All Files" button to make sure there's nothing wrong with your installation that's keeping those options unavailable for your login.

Neither you nor your friend have added or replaced anything in the Piggs directory, have you?

I've done the verify everytime i've logged back in. Like I said, we've used the same computer to play, and he has no problem loading all the faces. But when I log in and try to do it I see a blank menu. And I haven't messed with any of the files. I've even tried making a new account. No matter what computer I try to do it on it doesn't work.

Well, I don't know that there's anything another player can help you with if there's something wrong with your account. You need to contact NCSoft's tech support.

I'm having a second problem now that once done making a character and logging out of the game and log back in, I select my character but the button to enter the game will not let me or even light up.
