I've had this problem a few times now, when shutting it down and restarting didn't work I had to reboot my computer for it to resume the download.
make sure to add the updater to your exceptions in any virus protection programs you have. also, disabling then reenabling my internet connection tends to work as well as restarting my router

thanks i'll try that and see if it makes a diffrence and im pretty sure updater has permission but i'll make sure.
ok updater had permition in both firewall and anti virus,and i rebooted. i've played a few times and loged and no updater so i'm guessing it wroked the last time i tryed even though it froze at the end.
I have tryed about 6 times now to download the update and it keeps stoping and doing nothing ive restarted it a few times and its even redownloaded a few times and still it sits says all info is downloaded and is 1 second to go on the timer but its been like that for more then an hour now. what do i do?
