It's a known issue. Though to be fair, I have yet to personally send a private message to Arbiter Kim as recommended in the last post of the first thread listed.
- Concerning the absence of speech bubbles for mastermind pets, when /petsay is used.
- Any news of speech bubbles being fixed?
- Give MM pets back their speech bubbles
- No NPC chat bubbles

No bubbles are showing.
Bubbles setting is enabled, only pets and only missing with petsay.
