I got my Shield/Mace Tanker from 23 to 30, mostly by soloing him through the Striga arcs. It was probably a good band of levels to power through, going from no AoEs at all to 5-slotted Shield Charge makes a big difference. 
The only other thing I did was bump my Crab Spider from 39 to 41.5 with the Friday night team and about two thirds of an ITF on Saturday. That's a pretty huge burst XP for him, given that I created him on the day VEATs became available.
I got my Energy/Rad Corruptor from L15 to L25 and my Fire/Earth from L44 to about half way through L45.
For once in my life I actually have multiple characters I enjoy and want to level, both hero and villainside and now I even have motivation to get back to my long neglected MM.
Did a Synapse TF with my L18 FF defender, went from L18 to L24 in the one TF. Was triffic. I was the only mitigation (all scrappers and a blaster), we did the TF in less than 2 hours, and had 0 defeats. Bubbles rock, even with just SO's in them.

I had an absolute ball over the long weekend. I got the following levels on some of my characters:
Redback Rose (Dual Pistols/MM Blaster) from 5 to 25
Blue-Venom (Crab Spider) from 17 to 27
Amazon Anne (Plant / Thorns Dominator) from 30 to 34
Henry's Shadow (Dark / Dark Defender) from 32 to 33
Knightblade Squall (Mind / Storm Controller) from 22 to 26
Knightdreams (Illus / Rad Controller) from 1 to 9
Iron Maiden (Spine / Fire Scrapper) from 39 to 41
Sgt. Lance Boyll (Energy / Energy Blaster) from 40 to 41
Mr Styx (Dual Pistol / Dark Corrupter) From 1 to 4
So 55 levels over 3+ days. And thats just from normal teaming, we never went near the AE building.
What did you do for Double XP weekend?
I played an AR/Storm Corruptor from lvl 6 to 26. And I only got one complaint about scattering mobs! (Unless you count Min's suggestion that I should take Flamethrower instead of Hurricane.)
