Son/EM is the best choice of the three, and wouldn't be too hard to build cheaply.

Which of these would be the BEST for PVP? I like that I could be real cheap with Arch/Dev. But Sonic/EM seems quite powerful. Im not sure how /MM holds up in PvP. I PvP in SC.
