Here's what I've come up with so far. It looks pretty good to me, but I'm not an expert on IO slotting. Yes, those are the powers I want to take. I realize I could get my defense higher by grabbing CJ and or Manuvers, but they really don't fit the idea of the build. I would like to get my s/l defense a tad higher though, say 32.5. What did I slot incorrectly and what could I improve?

Yowza, you must have very big...pockets.

I'll just assume that you know how much all those purples will cost and it's no problem. If you haven't priced purples lately, you'd better do so ASAP.

As for the two PvP IOs, I think both of those are currently going for 2 billion apiece, and there's a long line of people ahead of you with bids up and waiting for the few that come on the market. So unless you have those in hand or have a way to get them, don't count on getting them.

However, the Steadfast Protection +Def is readily available on the market, and for a heck of a lot less than 2 billion. Be sure to pick one up.

Other than that:

Weave is way overslotted; it doesn't need more than 4 slots. The Kinetic Combat sets are underslotted for Accuracy and Damage; add a Acc/Dam or Acc/Dam/Rchg from another set. Quick Recovery and RttC are both overslotted, HPT can also be slotted for resistance, so add a couple of common resistance IOs.

WP doesn't need additional KB protection, and that BotZ -KB is giving you a very small return on your influence. I'd drop it. The Hami-O in Tough is completely unnecessary; use it elsewhere, sell it, whatever you prefer.

EDIT: Just an FYI, by skipping NS, TE and OTC, you've eliminated 3 of the 4 possible combo attacks. if that's what you want, fine, but I'd certainly want to take TE and OTC on an dual blades character.

For exporting, use PhPBB code, not official forums as it's set for the old forums, and causes that issue you're having. For color, select Fruit Salad as it is easily viewable on both Red and Blue forum layouts.

Slotting choices:

-Everything Finduilas already said.

-RTTC is overslotted, and I don't think the set bonuses you're getting with 6-slotted numina are doing anything for you. Remember Heal bonuses only affect healing, not regen.

-Finduilas is right, your attacks are underslotted for accuracy when you're using Kinetics. I'm repeating this for emphasis.

-Brutes benefit the least from DMG Buff bonuses (maybe defenders are lower, I dunno) as they have a low base damage, and fury enters the picture. I wouldn't bother slotting for it.

-You want to slot your passive regen powers better.

-That's a really odd hami in Tough. Def/End/To-Hit

-The psi defense is pretty meh IMO in your 6th purple in Mu Lightning. There are better uses. Same with all your 6 slotted purples. Grab another IO instead of the straight DAM one.

-Aid Self would benefit from set IO's as well. Nothing wrong with two more numi (heal/rech and heal/end/rech or straight heal) here. Might even be unnecessary if you use inspies intelligently, so you can grab more interesting powers.

-The steadfast 3% is better in MoB because you can benefit from the resists (which you aren't using either ). It will allow you to reslot MoB with those reactives and get more end efficiency.
