regen is still the tuffest thing in the game...while i would prefer fire/regen or spines/regen to BSword u will do fine...
Make sure you are slotting for +hp and +recharge and you will be more than fine.

8 months ago I made a BS/Regen scrapper I got him to level 44 then i took a break. i'm just now coming back from this break. will this toon still hold up in PVP? or has he become squishy?
