How does this look? I DO have a build with ranged/aoe soft cap, but.. I'm thinking I want to actually have fun with this toon, not just try to make her like my /sr (worried about soft capping)... I actually tried building for some nice regen because I figure 1. not being soft cap and 2. does soft cap really matter when dealing with defense debuffers, which I AM going to do!!?
Also, I opted for putting another Perf Shifter in Stamina instead of a 5th Nictus in Dark Regen for the 2.25 End because my EndRec went from 3.55 to 3.71.

p.s. I don't pvp ... & the purples are going to probably have to come a little later..... I'll eventually get the money. =D

LOL, you're playing one of my specialties here. In fact, some of that slotting looks familiar

I'll give you the hard and fast advice barrage here.

Hack is a MUCH MUCH MUCH better attack than Slash. Slash is fine for the early levels because it recharges faster, but when you get higher you will want to take Hack instead.

You're over the 5 bonus cap on AoE defense from Eradication. With that and the (absolutely useless) Debt reduction bonus, you would be better off swapping 2 of them for a couple Scirocco's for an extra 10% regen bonus. I like using the 4 Eradications on the top row in Mid's and Acc/Dam and Acc/Rech from Scirocco's.

Drop Cloak of Fear completely. If you were going to slot it, it would be worth it. With nothing but a single end reduction in it it will be worse than useless. It's accuracy blows (50% compared to the usual 75%), the duration isn't enough out of the box to keep anything feared, and it sucks down endurance like an alcoholic at an open bar. If you were going to spend some slots on it, it might be worth taking, but slotted like that it is a liability rather than an asset. About the only thing I'll give it is it looks pretty cool.

Otherwise, the build looks pretty good. You said you're not worried about softcapping, so I didn't go into that. And since I'm pretty sure you based this off my build anyway, you already know how if you want to.

ty babe!!! fixed it. dropped cloak of fear (yea..it looks friggen awesome!) and picked up soul transfer.. sure I'll probably replace it with something else later lol. <3 thanks again!!

You CAN make Cloak of Fear work with only a couple slots, but it's tough. Mine has a Level 53 Endoplasm (+38.3% accuracy/fear) and a Nightmare (+26.5% accuracy/endurance). Combined with my global to hit (+17%) and accuracy (+24%), it's enough to give me 70% uptime against +4s. I figure that's as good as Oppressive Gloom if they wander out of it 30% of the time. The endurance usage is pretty harsh, but I mostly have it covered. It was a tough trick to pull off, but I figured it was Cloak of Fear or nothing, as Oppressive Gloom would probably typically cause me more damage than it prevents. And as we all agree, Cloak of Fear looks cool, so there's that.

But yeah, pretty much if you can't pack the sucker with accuracy, fear, and endurance reduction, or make up for it elsewhere in the build, don't bother.
