Best way to find teams is to send requests to players looking for a team, or alternatively join chat channels such as Defiant Events.

Also check out the main Super Groups/ Villain Groups to see if they have any spaces. Being a member of a SG can be a great help both in finding teams and in giving some helpful tips.

I'm new to City of heroes, as a matter effect I started to play yesterday, and I love it! there is only one problem: There are no people.
Does it get better later on? (I'm just lvl 8), Are there any new player like me who would like to do some leveling together?
Which side is more active? heroes or vilians?
