Are test servers up?

Yes, the North American test server is up; I was able to log in just a moment ago with no problems. I think the test servers pretty much always report an "unknown" status, since they're not part of the main server block.
Also, there is only one North American test server currently, as there has been for over a month now.

Im on Connecting #30 trying to download test, so there might be an issue there
I'm downloading the client to see if they are up at the moment. Server status page is reporting an unknown.
