Supposedly it was mentioned at HeroCon that Electric Control would be in Issue 17, but very shortly thereafter was given a less ambiguous release plan and was simply said to be in the works.
So unless they've changed their minds, there is and Electric Control powerset coming, but there's no real word on when it'll arrive. (It's almost certainly not going to be part of Going Rogue, so you shouldn't have to worry about needing to pay to get it. Unless, again, they've changed their minds.)

Ultra mode, they've mentioned the possibility of releasing early (if it was ready to go, and there was some delay in GR, for instance.) That, I'd expect to see in the patch.
GR-specific, the only things I'd safely say would be side switching (since it's done through missions in Praetoria,) the new zones and content... obviously

Hey all I was thinking of making myself a new dom, and was trying to decide what to pair with /Elec when someone mentioned that there will be an Elec primary. Just curios because I couldn't find anything stating there would be a new power.
If its going to be in GR, then I may as well make my new dom now. If its planned to come out in the next few patches I'd rather wait.
Sooo whats the actual word on this new Elec primary, and is there any truth to this rumor I was told?
