Phishing Scam at City of Data Forum

Just got an email that I have a personal message from nofuture.org.uk. Now, that's pretty odd since Red Tomax shut down those forums and now uses the forums of the Titan Network.

So, I go to find out what it is. Well, it's a PM from 'AdminLady' (Dave, aka Red Tomax, is male) that says:

Dear, Zombie_Man!

A virus alert was noticed on your computer.
We highly recommend you to check your computer and perform online virus check at our site immediately: http://antivirus.xxxxxx*xxx.com.
I x'd out the name of the site.

Ummm... yeah, that's impossible since I have not allowed that site ActiveX control of my computer to actually do a scan. I recognize a flux capacitor when I see one.

So, looked up the site on the 'Net and it's listed as an attack site, which is what I was expecting it to be.

So... don't go there.

You x'd out the name of the site? What do you think people find if they click on your link to xxxxxxxx.com? I bet it's NSFW!

It does lead some where NSFW. You may wanna edit the link to somewhere a bit safer.
