Broadsword pvp powers?

I know broadsword can fare well in pvp but I'm wondering which powers are the best to select for BS. Obviously Disembowel, Head Splitter, and Hack.. But should I pick up any others? (Don't say buildup, that's a given too) Parry? Slice? And how does Confront work in pvp...? Is it worth it?

Also, I know this is off topic but if you know the answer to the first you probably know the answer to this: what should a BS user pick up for PvE as well? Not looking for a hybrid build, just looking for a pve second build.

Finally, again for pvp, as a bs/regen what APP should I pick up? I heard body mastery is great for pvp because of physical perfection for regens. But what about weapons mastery for web nade? BS doesn't exactly have any cc (besides knockback but if you're smart you can avoid that)

Headsplitter, Confront. Don't really NEED much more, and prolly won't get the chance to use much more either.

The APP's can be a pain. I know several BS/Regins that do really well in their choice of PvP. Dueling is prolly better suited towards /Body; Zone is prolly with /Fire, a combo of both could prolly be /weapons.

//Fire gives you some Nice ranged damage, at the expense of anything that really helps you survive; also no + ToHit/Acc power, so -ToHit will hit hard.

//Body gives you a more defensive set, with PP for another Perf proc; FA for some ToHit and Debuff resist and a so-so ranged attack in LBE

//Weapons gives you Web Grenades, which is nice for disruption; Has targetting drone, good for what FA is good for, Caltops is lulzy stalker deterent. Shurikan has really bad damage.

//Dark..Lolno.

Might want Slash, probably not though. No to Parry, no to Slice, no to Whirling Sword, yes to Confront (why? It's an autohit 75% range debuff, which will force most ranged characters to get much closer to you, allowing you to attack more easily.)

PvE-wise you'll want everything except the tier 1 (I don't remember if it's Hack or Slash that does less, but skip whichever of those it is) and Confront. Parry is nice depending on your secondary but if you're something like SR or shield and are already softcapped you don't need it.

Body Mastery is probably the best option out there, though Weapons Mastery can be good if you duel a lot, mostly for webnades (grounded + taunted target makes it that much easier to land your attacks). Weapons Mastery isn't so great for teams because Web Grenade prevents knockback, which is counter-intuitive to many team spike strategies.
