As for the Builds, the easiest way to read them is to use Mids' Hero Planner, which you can download from: http://www.cohplanner.com/ Mids' is pretty much the defacto default Hero and Villain Planner available.

Sorry to ask for this, feels like a major NooB. Been away from the game for 1.5 years and I'm trying to look at the builds to remember where I was headed with my 24 Inv/SS Tank and I am finding them hard to read. Anyone know where I can see a build and maybe read it a bit easier? Mostly having a hard time seeing the enhancements to put on powers. If anyone has anything like that I would greatly appreciate it.
And is there a standard cookie cutter build like anything damage you want 3 dam slots and 2 end reduc slots or something?
