Outleveled contact - cannot complete arc.

I would petition that. You are correct, you should not be left unable to complete it. The contact should still be active in your list so long as an arc is still open.

This one's been around for ages - After completing the 1st mission of that arc, you are unable to take the second one, and he shows up as an inactive contact, even if you're using Ouroboros to do it.
/Petition it and a GM might be able to help. /Bug it, too, which I have done every time I've tried it.

It's the last mission in the arc I can't do. That's why it's a nuisance.
I'm assuming you have a mission slot available? What does he say when you try to talk to him?
If you have a slot available, and you aren't in AE or Flashback mode, then put in a petition and see if they can look at the character and see what's happening.

A good while back I was doing the Steven Sheridan The Organ Grinders arc, and managed to outlevel it just before the last mission. Now, a good long while later, I meant to go back and do it because it's annoying to have three clues and a huge summary taking up space in my clue tab, especially when I'm doing a fair few arcs at once. The problem is, I can't take the last mission in that arc.
I've never seen this before. As far as I thought, you'd be able to take missions from the arc you started no matter how far you outleveled the contact, and until now it's been true.
What can I do about this? I can't drop it since I don't have it ,and I can't even get a lowbie to do the mission wit hme in it to autocomplete it. Am I stuck with a massively full clues tab?
