Help w/ SM/ElA Build

So I need help deciding on the sets to use for my SM/ElA Brute when he gets up to the higher levels and after messing around on Mids I came up with this only moderately expensive build, and would like to keep it that way. Is there any advise or changes you guys see that I could make?
