Trouble with a booster purchase.

Hi everyone, a few days ago I posted a question that seemed to have slipped under the water and was never seen again, lol. I have been trying to purchase the Martial Arts booster pack for my account for a few days now, and every time I try to buy it with paypal (to which I have sufficient funds) I get this message.

We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners.
Does anyone else have this problem? The Paypal account I am using worked great for reactivating my subscription, I am confused why it wont work for this. I have also contacted NC support and they just sent me a email confirming it was resolved (which it wasn't).

Any suggestions on what to do?

If it still won't go through, contact customer support.

If yu've recently re-activated your account, then you may not be able to make other ncsoft purchases on that same card/paypal acct for a certain amount of time (1-3 days, I think it is.)

I think I recall something a few years back, about NCSOFT putting in a per-account purchase limit to keep people from 'harvesting' a stolen CC by buying a bunch of game accounts on it.
