Justice is the unofficial Oceanic server, but there are oceanic players on other servers, and many play on multiple servers.
There are two global channels for the community.
Australia is the general chat channel and can be noisy at times. Oceanic Events is the low-traffic organizational channel.
To join the channels, just type "/chanjoin Australia" and "/chanjoin Oceanic Events" in your chat window. You'll then need to edit chat tabs on all your characters to make it visible, and send a tell to one of the channel mods to be unsilenced.
