Vet Rewards
My roomy, Nightmission, had problems with his vet rewards. He petitioned it and they took care of it satisfactorily.

Yeah, the veteran rewards started screwing up several months ago. I was supposed to have the 24 month veteran badge on my first account in September. Then in October, with still nothing, I sent a petition. They supposedly fixed it. Now I should have had the 27 month veteran badge last week, and I don't. My first account shows that I received both the 18 and 21 month veteran rewards in August, which is neither correct nor possible. My second account should have had the 24 month veteran badge last week, and doesn't.

Mine are messed up as well. It seems like they are delayed by a month since I changed my credit card on the billing information. Has anyone else noticed that? (Now that I mention it, I should get 63 months today... which is actually a month late, but whatevs)
Just to update this, I received emails today informing me that my accounts had been updated and the veteran rewards applied.
I just logged through all of my toons on both accounts (ok, so I was bored at work anyways) and confirmed that I have received the correct vet rewards.
I checked the status on my game account pages and they show that I have received my vet rewards as of today, 12/15, which is only a couple days late on my main account but nearly two weeks on my second account. I guess late is better than never.

I was supposed to have received my vet rewards the beginning of this month on both of my accounts (the 12th on my main and the 2nd on my second account) and haven't received either.
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had this issue or noticed it or whether it's just me.
I've petitioned/bugged from both accounts but haven't really gotten anywhere with support.
My accounts are paid up and I can access/play the game no problem, so I'm just wondering out loud at this point.
