Claws/Regen Help
Are you looking for SO, cheap IO, or expensive IO recommendations?
I'm pretty much looking for anything that can give me some good recommendations for current builds for a claws\regen character. Which powers are unrecommended, what slots to fill, etc.

The reason I say this is because the advice I'm going to give you is vastly different. What you should take and how you should slot an IO build is vastly different than what you should take and slot on an SO/common IO build. Giving you advice on what to do with a top tier Claws/Regen looking to spend 2 billion inf isn't going to do you much good when you've got a total of 300k on a level 18 character and vice versa.
If you can tell me what exactly you were following the guide for and the current state of your character, I can give you the advice you need without needlessly confusing you or overloading you with a mountain of advice.
Claws:
Swipe / Strike: Pick one. I like Swipe because of its animation but Strike does a bit more damage. No choice here, you gonna have to pick one. (Maybe pick up both while leveling and respec out 1 after)
Slash: You're gonna want this one. Your second best ST attack. Pick it up as soon as it opens.
Spin: You are also gonna want this one. Your best damaging aoe attack. Pick it up as soon as it opens or shortly there after.
Follow Up: This is gonna be your build up type power. Take it and use it everytime it's up.
Confront: I can't comment on this piece of carp as I have never picked it up on all my scrappers and I suggest you don't as well
Focus: Your best ST attack... Does range with KD. Pick it up as soon as it opens.
Eviscerate: Claws users are split on this one. Some loves it, some can't stand it. I am in the can't stand it side. It is a cone and does have a nice damage but the animation is just a bit lenghty, which could be tourble on a regen. Run with it for a bit and see if you like it.
Shockwave: People are split on this as well. Has a wide range cone with good damage but it does KB. Some don't like the KB but I for one loves this stupid thing. Could give you some breathing room while waiting for some of your click powers to come back. Run with it for a bit and see if you like it.
You are a scrapper ----- all attacks should be 6 slotted
And sorry if that's not detailed enough. I am not much into details but could answer some questions though.
Regen: let's see if I could find Werner's thingy on this.
Ohhhh goody... Was having a hrad time looking for it....
Werner's thingy on this:
“There are definitely other approaches, but here's what I'd consider a basic plan for the Regeneration secondary using SOs or common IOs:
- Fast Healing at 1, 3 heals
- Reconstruction nice and early, 3 heals, 3 recharges
- Quick Recovery nice and early, 1 endurance modifier at first, add 1 or 2 more as necessary
- Dull Pain when or shortly after when available, as there is a lot to squeeze in at that level, 3 heals, 3 recharges
- Integration at 16, 3 heals, possibly 1 endurance reducer
- Resilience when and if you can work it in, 1 resist
- Instant Healing when or shortly after when available, 1-3 recharges, no heals unless you're swimming in slots
- Skip Revive
- Moment of Glory when or shortly after when available, 3 recharges
- Hasten when convenient, 3 recharges
- Health when convenient, 3 heals
- Tough when convenient, 3 resists, 1 endurance reducer
- Stamina if and when you start having endurance trouble, which may not be until 30 or later, 1 endurance modifier at first, add 1 or 2 more as necessary"
"That's because Werner can't do maths." - BunnyAnomaly
"Four hours in, and I was no longer making mistakes, no longer detoggling. I was a machine." - Werner

Hey all. I'm coming back to the game after being gone for a while and I'm picking up my old claws\regen character again. Problem is, I can't seem to find the claws\regen guide I was following at the time(which was almost a year ago). Can anyone point me towards some good current guides for the build?
