In my continuing bid to make "high end" MA toons, I have topped out on MA/SR and decided to try MA/SD. My goal is to have a toon that can solo AV's (as much as MA can solo) and generally try to put together the best MA/SD I can with a few caveats, ok one. I prefer Eagles Claw to CaK, just because of the way it looks.

Here is what I came up with.

It looks like you are way over the cap in range defense and not enough on melee. I would rather have that the other way around. Going for an AV build you are gonna need that melee sitting at the cap. I'd probably want all 3 at the cap. The recharge looks good on it cept on SK, I'm guessing you are going for SK-CK-SK-EC chain if so then SK needs to come back at 1.848 I think. Maybe you could take some of those slot you used for the recharge sets to get you to the cap on all 3.
Without changing any power picks you have there, here is a build I came up with. Run's that chain gap less when hasten is up, endyrance usage about the same, sofcap to all 3, same amount of HP, a little better regen and way better accuracy. Global recharge took a little hit as well as the global damage, but I think the trade off is to your favor.
