I am returning to CoH after some time off, before I left, I never really got into set bonuses at all, but I have a Elec/Shield scrapper that I'd like to IO out. I understand they are very expensive to IO out, and I would like to get a build to at least work to. Here is my current build, I have plenty of respecs for slots. I didn't take Chain Induction/ Jacob's Ladder, because after Shield Bash/Lightning Rod, there is only bosses left, in most mobs. Which, i can finish off quickly with boxing/havoc punch. Again, I'm new to IO-ing, and I would appreciate any help! Thanks so much!
