CC will be tonight at 11pm eastern, under the statue in Atlas.
Only real requirement is that the costume have a theme, think costumes that you would wear in real life. Bunnies, pandas, disco dancers :P Get creative! The toon itself does not have to be themed. So if you want to add a costume to your main, go for it. Level will not make a difference for us. We won't judge based on the descriptions.
No powers unless they are directly related to the theme. For example, Spiny Mouse uses her spines to complete her look.

We built a runway in the Barbie Inc. base for this CC, and the 7 finalists were invited to be judged one on one.

Friday at 11pm eastern, Throne, Throne Elite, Barbie Inc, and Powertuff Girls will be hosting a themed Halloween Costume Contest! All levels may enter. Costumes must have a theme of any kind. (ex: animal, celebrity, object, etc.) First prize will be $200 million, 2nd prize $75 million, 3rd prize $25 million. Hope to see you there!
