Hi, Im on a trial... (ARCH HELP)

Hello, Im on a trial account and i was wondering if that had anything to do with me being unable to acces the computers/holograms?
when i try the hologram it says:
" Accessing Roboticmind account information...... Retrieving gender information....... ......Gender: Male confirmed...... Retrieving origin information......... ......Origin: Mutation confirmed........ Retrieving class information............ ......Class: Mastermind confirmed......... Architect authorization for Roboticmind confirmed...... Searching for active arc...... No arc found...... Mission Architect does not currently have an active arc for you. "
and the computers say
" You're unable to access Architect Entertainment from this location. "
Anyway does any of this have to do with the trial account or do i have to do somthing other then the intro mission?

Yes. Look here. To quote the relevant part:

I have a tip for you: I am sure you know where to go when you level up "Ms.Leberty" she can give you a lot of information but, i am going to have to tell you there will be people who will be jerks to trials. (Not trying to be mean or anything just warning you on what some people will do)

1st, welcome to CoH/V.
2nd, We hope you stay and become a new member.
3rd, yea, trial is only to "try" the game to see if you like it. Like other games, you need to pay to be a premium member with all of the goodies that come with the game.
