Wanted to say hello and ask about my elec/sd at the same time (heh)
Looks like a very good build, the only suggestions I have is to slot at least two Membrane Exposures into Active Defense in order to increase your defense debuff resistance above all. They're expensive but are well worth the investment.

And youre right about the def debuff... kinda have forgot that since the /SR really doesnt need any attention on that department.
Here is the build I am currently running. no purples or lotg's but the defense is very solid. it is built mainly for aoe damage not soloing towers or av's though.

and yes i know about weave i have a defense i/o in my build that pushes everything over soft cap just didn't change it on mids.(it currently shows the red fortune endurance red i/o i put a generic 50 defense i/o might put a hami in it but i have no end problems whatsoever. so much so the fire epic could be placed in if you can stand not slotting fireball

Have got my char to 50 and acquired some cash with him (not too much, but enuff to see that maybe someday i CAN afford some goodies)
Wanted to post a future plan here, what do ya think?
Its the same powers but different slotting. More focused on hp+regen and recovery + also recharge. It does include 2 purple sets and 5x LotGs + the 3 regen uniquest aswell, so... but nothing ultraexpensive imo. Still softcapped (reluctant to let it go... althou, this toon will be doing mostly 0/8 missions i think )
What would you change? Or does it look ok? Dont be afraid to suggest something "different" too!!

And sry for the long title.
I have read these forums a long time anonymously and finally decided to post here. This is not my 1st post actually, but heres some introduction.
I started playing when the game launched, but i quit after ~6 months of play due to numerous reason. Liked the game a lot back then already.
After playing some other MMOs i finally decided to come back just before the launch of i16. Had an old Kat/SR lying around @41 and i played that to 50. At the same time learned about IOs, ED and whatnot... Still havent learned enuff, im sure.
I also have a lvl 47 semi IO:ed MA/regen (and actually many many alts... im kinda an alt-a-holic). Somehow i seem to be addicted to the hero side (i have 1 brute but havent really played with her). Im also a scrapper fan, have tried other ATs aswell. but dont seem to like em so much.
Ok enuff blapper and to the point. At the double-exp i decided to make a elec/sd scapper because i really am lacking a proper AoE scrappie and wanted to make one (imo elec/sd does the job pretty nicely).
It is @43 atm but i've already planned his future somewhat.
Only downside is, that im quite poorish and dunno if im able to get all i want, but... im gonna try

I kinda want fireball... but, i guess its not a must. Also, havent really planned a single tgt attack chain on this one... was mainly gonna LR+FB --> SC+FB next spawn or whatnot... *shrug*. Since my "main" is a /SR im kinda fussy about the softcap, but... if you give me a good argumentation, i could be persuaded to make this w/o reaching the softcap (if so, how much would you think is enuff?)
