No Wedding Band?

Completed the Stephani Peebles Arc in Striga to getthe Weddng band Temporary Power.

Killed Heracles, completed the Arc etc... but no Wedding band.

Can anyone help me resolve this?

I recently did the arc and didn't receive it either. The only thing I could figure out is that I'd leveled past the top of the arc and it was set so as to not award it past a certain character level. <shrug>

I have had this happen on a few characters and had to petition to receive it. If you are above the level of the arc ( > Lvl 25) when completing the mission the Temp power is not awarded. (IIRC this was a bug introduced with the flashback system).
Earlier this year there was a post that the GM's would no longer be awarding the Wedding Band when this happens, but I've scoured the patch notes and can't find the post. I haven't petitioned for the ring since that post, so I don't know if they will still award it.

Edit: I found a thread discussing it when it was announced. It looks like it was posted in a "Known Issues" list which is why it isn't in the patch notes: Um... Wedding Band? Why?

Thanks guys, petitoning, becuse I was inside the level range when I completed the arc.
