Chatbinds with <> were broken a few issues ago.
Binds that go directly to speech don't work but ones that enter the text into your chat bar first do. /bind enter "beginchat <color white><bgcolor #00000000><bordercolor #00000000>" worked fine for me (assuming you wanted a white leter with no background or boarder) when I just checked it, only problem was I had to click on the chat bar and move the cursor to the end before I typed.
Exactly, so I cant use it. I knew that was happening, and its not very convenient to have to move it across alllll those characters to type.

The only thing you can do now is adjust your chat bubble color in the graphics options /shrug

ok, so i used this is like i6 and it worked fine... but now it doesnt...
