Does anyone actually use this list anymore? I know all the artists still take commissions as I check in on em from time to time to make sure. I just haven't updated it here or in DA for a while and pondering whether I should start it back up again or not.

I actually just came into this forum looking for something like this so I could find someone to do a commission, so I'd say it still has a use.

BTW, Do you know of any artists that focus mostly on banners, signatures and stamps?

I'll see what I can do and I will have to check for someone who specializes in banners and avatars. Though I know a ton that makes em. Poison and Toxic_Shia come to mind immediately. Shia did my avatar you see now. Though it's been a while.
