Freedom lag (yes again)

So since i16 started lag became even worse. I would assume it is my computer or my net but i was fine previous issues unless i would come close to BM etc. However even on solo missions now i get power and animation lag, it happens a lot if i attack target i don't see dmg i do and second later i see target dead w/o any animations etc.
I checked my inet, it was ok, i used to run on quality settings and lowered it to lowest now it still didn't help.

So i turned on netgraph. As long as i play on Freedom (and it is usually lowest traffic times since i live in Germany) netgraph spamms red lines every 1-2 sec and some yellow too. I went on Protector and had awesome green line w/o any interruptions.

Can you please fix Freedom somehow because it becomes really unplayble on this server. Thank you.
