In my opinion, 3 acc/dam HOs 3 heal/end HOs. Recharge slotting in the power isn't usually needed as getting the global recharge required for a good attack chain will get SL to recharge fast enough. If you really wanted to enhance its recharge despite that, you could trade one acc/dam for a dam/rech Heca and a heal/end HO for a heal/rech IO.

I have Siphon Life set with 3 Theft of Essence and 3 Pounding Slugfest. Keep in mind i was more after certain set bonuses than anything. This is for a Dark/Regen scrapper that i PvP with(Xavier Knight). That slotting may sound kind of odd to you but even with L30 IOs it still has decent numbers.
Theft of Essence: Set Bonuses-------> 10%Regen, 1.8% Max. End
Healing
Acc/Healing
Acc/End/Healing
Pounding Slugfest: Set Bonuses-------> 8%Regen, 1.25%Def: Eng/Nenrgy, 0.63%Def Ranged
Acc/Dam
Dam/End
Dam/Recharge
For a total of:
Acc: 60.9%-and with my build Acc is 245.7%(Base is 75%)
Dam: 65.25%-298damage
End: 39.15%-Costs 7.32end
Heal: 73.65%-19.2% for a heal of 256.4hp
Rech: 21.35%- Recharges in 4.05sec
Now keep in mind that this build also runs Tactics, Focused Acc, and Assult. Don't know if that helped at all but my love for Siphon Life made me post this lol, and I know I'm not the only one that SL has save many times over.
What is the best slotting for Siphon Life? Meaning, gives most damage, heal, recharges quickly, and uses least amount of endurance. A nice equilibrium set up, one without price.
