Update Windows. (Odd that it isn't updated since you have the Windows Updater running.)
Speeding Through New DA Repeatables || Spreadsheet o' Enhancements || Zombie Skins: better skins for these forums || Guide to Guides
I'm stumped. Unless you have Windows Blinds running, I don't see anything wrong.
It may be time to open up a support ticket with customer service; they have other diagnostic tools.
Or wait a few weeks and upgrade to Win7 and try it then.

I originally posted in wrong forum:
Sorry for the second post, but I am still completely unable to play the game. I also need to correct myself. Apparently I missed the last beta patch before going live. In desperation I went to beta to play a little, but after the patch it locked up my whole system as well.
Something in the last patch broke it for me and I've updated all my drivers and Windows. Still no joy.

Bug Description: Entire machine locks up randomly. It doesn't matter character, zone, server and it usually does so very quickly.

Please note, I did not have this problem on TEST.
As you can see I DID have this problem on TEST AFTER the last patch. It is totally random across servers and Alts, times and places. Nothing seems to trigger it. Any ideas?
