Therm. The rad toggles don't really work in PVP - all someone has to do is get 80 feet away from you and then come back. AM is nice, but that's about all /rad has going for it in PvP.
A good Rad is underrated. As was said in this thread over in the PvP section, Ice is really bad now and you'd be better off with just about any other primary.

I was thinking Ice/Rad for PvP, i really want ice, but is there a better secondary for them?
