I am curious about this as well. My Psy/MM is only lvl 12, but was curious if they are any good for PVP.

Skip the AOE powers. Build around knockback. 38+ knockback protection is a good rule of thumb.
Powers I'd recommend:
Primary:
Psi Dart
Mental Blast
TK Blast
Psychic Focus
Will Dom
Secondary:
Subdual (slotted for damage)
TK Thrust (slotted with Kinetic Crash for 3 points of KO protection)
Concentration
Drain Psyche
There are some pretty good threads about blaster builds in the pvp section. If you are new to pvp, I highly recommend reading that forum. There have been some major changes to pvp (Diminishing returns, heal decay, etc).
