Well, the goal is to "eventually" get all appropriate sets (or types, at least) proliferated to the appropriate ATs. Some changes will, of course, occur - Dominators, for instance, have Psi Assault, not Psy Blast, because of how their sets are set up, and redside got pain dom for thematic reasons.
I'm sure it'll be seen eventually in one form or another. Though I'd like to see /poison's poison trap made *actually useful.*

I still want to see Psychic Blast on a Corr, Psionic Assault is different than Psychic Blast...and Mental Manipulation is very similliar to Psionic Assault.
I eventually would like the devs to create a toxic set just like they did with the Stone Assault for Dominators. I wouldnt mind seeing a set that uses pure toxic damage or smashing/toxic damage for Corrs/Defenders

Corruptors are also the only AT that might get poison aside from MMs, there are some balance issues to sort out, along with the fact that Posion's current tier 9 is only usable on henchmen, so it would require a re-code.
The answer both of those things is: "It will probably happen, but not anytime soon"
