I don't know much about the AE, but I was wondering how I could find AE arcs that were the level of my low level toons if we can? If we can't (which it doesn't seem your able to), then shouldn't that have been a feature the devs. thought might be important?

There is an Advanced search function in AE, one of the radio buttons allows you to select "Missions your level".
You have to expand the search option, there's a button under the text search box.
