Scroll thru this forum and you will see that there were numerous problems with things obtained from the NCSoft store over the past few days. I'm betting your issue was another variation of this.

I've recently been the user of two trial accounts; the first of which was obtained via the "invite a friend" service, and the second of which was applied for on the website.
The first account is everything that I'd expect the modern CoX trial account to be. It has access everything my main account has access to minus epics, vet rewards, and booster packs.
The second account however, has access to only the five basic hero archtypes, and couldn't change from the default faces when designing a costume, and had access to no costume pieces added with CoV.
However, it appears that while writing up my issues on the forums, on the third day of this second account being active, it goes ahead and fixes itself. Of course.
Regardless, anyone known of this happening? Why it happens?
