SD/SS IO Build Help
Looks alright.
A few things I would probably change:
- You need to change mids for Phalanx fighting so you can set it to 0
- I don't think you need 2 taunts slotted for AAO, 2 end redux should be fine since you have the taunt power as well
- Adding another resistance to tough will increase your resistances by 3%
- No travel power? Alright if it works.
- Your end use numbers seemed a bit high. Turned out that you had sprint clicked on in mids. This is a big end hog.
- I recommend slotting resitences in Deflection. (3 resist, 3 defense IOs)
- You may want to slot out true grit a bit for more resistence and health
- You could probably get away with 1 or 2 slotting OWTS
- Maybe 1 or 2 slot health
- I see you focussed on end recovery. If you get your accolades you won't necessarily need this. Impervium Resistences are ridiculously expensive
- The biggest pain with an SD/SS is when rage and hasten crash at around the same time. When you're in battle it's best to stack rage otherwise you'll get a defense penalty while rage is down.
- You don't *need* to 6 slot taunt with Perfect Zingers. Go with 1 slot and use the other 5 elsewhere.
General rule of thumb I follow is that if End recovery is at least 2 points higher than End use it's good enough.
I forgot to mention, I'm not a great fan of powers with a huge crash, like One with the Shield, but I didn't really know what else to take in it's place, any ideas?
V 2.0 good enough to look more like a tank instead of an underpowered scrapper yet?

It's not an Unstoppable type power that crashes your end to zero and HP to 10%.

I do not get the point of 2 Reactive Armours for a res immob bonus of 1.1%. I would sooner have straight forward Res SOs. You resist immobs anyway and by slotting RA's you are lowering your resistance for cowdung bonuses. It helps to read every slot, not be gooey eyed about bonuses for the sake of bonuses and make everything count without having too much of a good thing anywhere.
For an exempable build, having one rechg in Active Defense is going to be painful prior to 35 when you get haste, plus later double stacking some is a good thing. You could atleast have it perma'd. Being able to hurdle is meaningless when you are held.
I think it's far from finished and needs a major overhaul. If you're the one reading every slot, trying out alternatives, finding your way around Mids looking at power graphs, advanced totals and data view then it'll help you when it comes to doing all your builds in future.

So...2 problems and it needs a "major overhaul"? Aren't you being a little unreasonable? Granted, I'm new to IO's and set bonuses, but I don't think I've made a gigantic mess of it.
I think I must've had more reactive armours in there, and then taken them away and forgot about the lack of bonuses. And I don't tend to exemp down much, so I don't see the lack of recharge as much of a problem.

When I see 6 slotted stamina, I see bonuses you may of wanted but then see that maybe you don't really need them and you could do something more with the slots elsewhere or I think where is another power that would give the entire build more utility from extra slots and effectively similar bonuses. Take boxing, I'd rather a better Grant cover where a def/end slot cuts end drain by 0.03s and adds more def to the team than two slot it to go for what you have.
I could do that after I come back from my nieces B'day party today but I know its better if you played around with Mids more, looking at Data View, Power Graphs and Advanced Totals as certain things may of been missed. It my way of saying are you sure you are happy with it or can you do more?
I think me saying major overhaul comes from feeling it could be slotted differently being less about run speed and jump and more about +rechg and +hp but then you are without a travel power. I'd suggest Rocket Boots, Tech Wings, nice Tech Shield and Flight Pool and still be natural but have no doubts ya would of thought your concept through.

OK, I've been tweaking forever now and I can't see anywhere else I can improve without making it into a billion inf build, some of the changes are:
- All defenses down slightly but all positions are still soft-capped
- All resistance types are slightly higher
- Regen up 55%
- Recovery up 0.16/s
- End Drain down 0.04/s
- Recharge up 5%
- Perma Active Defense without Hasten
- Perma Rage without Hasten
- Saved a bit of inf by using common IOs
I've thrown in some pretty expensive IOs, like the unique heals, but I should be able to afford them. If not, I'll just have to save up. And if anybody can improve on this, please post an improved build, I'd be very grateful. Thank you.

You're not truely soft capped. PF is showing numbers with another person in range. You're actually under the softcap. With no on in range of PF you're getting 5 pts of defense, not the nearly 9 you're currently showing.
Also the Regenative unique would serve you better being slotted in health then in OwtS. Replacing one of the Health IO's with it gives you a consistently better regen rate.
Completing just one set of the Multi-strikes will put you nearly at the melee soft cap with no one else in range of PF.

Personally I'd switch out the GotA's in Phalanx for LotG defense and +recharge. But that's just a personal preference.
If you've already gotten accolades you should enable them in your build as well. You'll be able to see how they effect your regen and recovery.

Personnaly, I'd rather have that little extra recovery from GotA because that's one of the main problems I currently have with her, endurance. And I don't currently have any accolades to boost my regen or recovery. So unless you can see any other holes, when I've got some time, I think I'm gunna get started on her respec, thanks for all your help.
