Free Trial: Load to Black Screen and Music

Happened to me, too. I'm also running Vista, with NVdia Geforce 9400 GT. I have no problem at all opening the EU game, but the NA trial opens only onto a black screen with the music. The program is running, and sounds like its waiting for my U & P, but no vision.
Very baffling.
OK, it seems to have fixed for me after downloading the very latest driver from NVidia.
Still puzzled about why I could play on EU but not NA servers with the old driver, though.

*correction, i see pic now if i do windowed mode, but gives me a cannot connect to server error now. nice

I just downloaded the free trial and loaded it up. Got a LOADING image then a black screen with sound (quasi computer-techy-waiting room) pressing return gives me a "ehh!" sound as if I am doing something wrong so I am assuming there is a display issue going on.
