Thugs/Traps?

Anyone have a good build for this combo? I have heard great things....

I am looking to solo AV's eventually, so I assume capped ranged defense, challenge or provoke, Mace Mastery, hasten, med pool, and perhaps some of the leadership pool would be needed. Anyone care to share their successful build?
