Error that isn't an Error... HELP!!
Remember there is a new issue on Test now, they may have changed something about the format of those files that makes the live servers not able to recognize them. I have no idea if that's the case, but it's just a guess...

No that wouldn't cause any problem because this file was saved when in the previous open beta. Downloading i16 wouldn't be altering the .storyarc files on your hard drive.

Steelclaw, take a look at all your fields. I've found some oddities before where somehow I had managed to enter 313 characters into a 300 character field and it suddenly decided to enforce that limit during a republish.
Yup, color tags especially do this. Can be written shorter than they end up later, and remain OK till you try to republish. Since you're generally stopped from typing too much in a field, it doesn't get rechecked (even though it suddenly is too long) until republish time, the orange error finder remains no help here.

I recently decided to transfer a file from the Test Server over to Live that I had first created when Architect was still in open beta.
I copy & pasted all the applicable files and then entered the game. The arc was there so I opened it and was pleasantly surprised to see the Error symbol was good and gray.
Excellent! No errors!
I clicked Save and Test...
"The field RewardText exceeds the text limit.
The field RewardText excees the text limit."
Huh? But the error detection said nothing was wrong...? I have manually searched through every text field in every mission and NONE of them exceed or even reach the maximum alotment. I have reloaded several times.. but every time I get that error message and the Error Icon remains gray.
Any ideas?
My mind wanders so often you've probably seen its picture on milk cartons. - Me... the first person version of the third person Steelclaw
