enhancements for villains

This is actually my first post in the forums. I have been searching all over for an answer to a quick question but haven't had any luck.

Where is the store to buy enhancements over level 40 for Villainside? i found alot of information about locations to buy 40-50 enhancements for Heroes, but nothing for Rogue Isles.

I did a search on these forums for guides involving enhancements and there were a few guides on here but when I click on them I am sent to a dead link.

Any help is appreciated!

Rikti War Zone, Cimerora, and the Elite Quartermaster in Grandville. I think the lady in the Midnighter Club also sells them.

I think the Quartermasters in St. Martial might have 45's, but I am not 100% sure and I'm too lazy to search Paragon Wiki.

I actually stumbled on the Elite Quartermaster in Granville over the weekend but didn't know about those other ones.
