My level 50 nin/ea has been and continues to be one of my all-time favorites. My build includes both Sting of the Wasp and Gamblers Cut. Both have nice quick recharges. I skipped Flashing Steel as I'm more focused on single target damage. Energy Drain is your heal, although the heal is quite small. IO slotting and EA's shields reduce incoming damage so much, the heal is rarely necessary. I've enjoyed this build so much, I'm having trouble keeping any other Stalker I've tried my hand at. This toon is used for occasional PvP but spends 95% of it's time PvE.

Thanks a bunch for your help, so does anyone have a good build for this? I tried making one that looks like I'll basically be invincible to melee, lethal, and energy. with everything else (besides ranged) at at least 40% defense. I also decided to go into leviathan mastery, getting water spout, the hold, and hibernate for an extra heal. So if anyone has a good, cheap build, it would be much appreciated, thanks! Also if anyone has a guide to ninja blade/energy aura, it would be helpful
