Blackwand particles don't match with villain dark powers

The Dark Wand was a Villain Only temporary power before the Veteran Rewards were implemented. It's a rather rare hidden arc that enables you to acquire it, and it's apparently supposed to be a very, VERY evil weapon.
My Stories
Look at that. A full-grown woman pulling off pigtails. Her crazy is off the charts.
I kinda wish all the Dark Powers had that kind of purple/Black hue.

I would like to use the villain dark blast animation with darkwand instead of hero version, if player is a villain.
It looks a little out of place for the black to look so grey when my other attacks are pitch black.
If issue 16 customization allows vet power customization to this degree, reply in likeness and discussion on my part will cease.
