If you can't get the build posted, tell me what problems you're having with it now. What needs "fixing"?
Just from picking a few things out... slotting and the sets you are using is kind of a mess.
I don't have mids on this comp but here goes.
Hack is massively underslotted for Acc and probably some other stuff. Crushing impact or Mako's for this power. Shoot for > 90% acc and damage for powers with as much recharge as you can fit in on top of that.
Fast healing is way over slotted. 3 Numinas is plenty.
I'd skip slice for Parry. Parry does decent damage in PvP now and you can slot another LoTG + rech in it.
You want ED capped in heal and recharge for both Recon and Dull pain. 3 Numina's + 3 other slots to cap those stats out usually works pretty well. (Unless you want to go Doc Wounds for the +5% recharge bonus)
Boxing... I wouldn't bother with it. I think Hack/Disembowel/Head splitter all do better damage.
Weave you don't need for a PvP build, skip it.
You slotted a set that provides no Damage enhancement to your second hardest hitting attack. (Disembowel) Crushing impact or Mako's again.
Quick Recovery and Stamina ideally would be slotted with 3 Performance shifters (including the proc)
Build up - You want to enhance the to hit some to deal with defense builds.
Hurdle is better than swift in most cases, I usually two slot it as well.
Head splitter I'd probably slot Oliberation in it with a franken slotted IO in the sixth slot to get the acc up a bit higher.
Moment of Glory is under slotted for recharge.
Air sup and Hover? Why. I'd probably go with combat jumping and SJ as you are a melee type and its still the best way to get around unless you are a ranged toon with webnade or -jump from another source.
Between dropping slice or slash (for Parry) and Weave you'll end up with enough room to fit in Webnade and Targeting drone instead of just focused Acc.
That should leave you with one extra power pick somewhere (if you want another attack) or grab resilence. I think between that and tough you end up decently sturdy.
*edit* Doh, last power pick. Confront! -Range and all that. I always forget about that aspect of the power. Taunt is still a decent form of disruption too. Twilight Phoenix nailed it.
Hack, Disembowel, and Headsplitter have higher base damage and lower activation times than Boxing/Air Superiority, Jump Kick/Kick, and Flurry, respectively. They also reduce defense. Hover is also something to get rid of. Hardly anyone flies in PvP because it's a poor travel power for it, largely due to the abundant -fly. Plus... it's slooooow. Drop them for Combat Jumping or Jump Kick and Super Jump. You practically need speed-jumping for PvP since everyone else uses it. Without that combo, you'll have trouble keeping up, especially with ranged attackers. You'll either get outran and hit with -jump (Super Jump only) or out-elevated and be unable to attack back (Super Speed only). You also want to get Confront in there, as while the taunt portion isn't an auto-hit, the -range is. And it STACKS! And recharges quickly too. And, I agree with Mr. Liberty, at least on non-defense builds, Weave is pretty bad for PvP, except as a set mule.
For the APP, I'd say Weapon or Dark. Weapon has Web Grenade for -jump and -fly goodness and Targeting Drone for +tohit against defense builds and +perception for Stalkers. Dark, however, has Petrifying Gaze, which is a hold and useful for offensive detoggling fun. Trust me, even though they aren't common, a Radiation Emission/Dark Miasma/Storm Summoning Defender/Corrupter/Controller/Mastermind can make you very miserable if they land their debuff toggles on you and you have no way to get them off. You can also get Torrent for some knockback or Tenebrous Tentacles for a brief immobilize, but those are pretty optional. I also recommend a ranged attack, either Shuriken or Dark Blast. You could also go for Body for Conserve Power, Focused Accuracy, and Laser Eye Beams. But, with Stamina and Quick Recovery, you shouldn't need CP, FA you can get from Weapon, and LEB is just a plain old ranged attack.
I can't look at your slotting to get the set bonuses and all your hard stats since I'm on a Mac and, therefore, can't use Mids. At least, not without doing everything by hand for a couple of hours. So, I can't comment on those. And even then, my Regen experience is currently only up to level 6.
And finally, again, take Confront. Can't stress it enough. On my Defender I love attacking melee-oriented toons since I can dance around them and fire attacks with little to no retaliation. If they had Confront or Taunt, that'd make it MUCH harder for me to attack them, as I'd have to get in their reach to attack them, which is pretty bad for my health. You can also use it against melee toons with ranged attacks. If you need to recover or run for a moment, you can jump back while taunting them, preventing them from shooting at you as you get away. I recommend getting range and procs into that power, max ED compliant range if at all possible.
And please use short forum export, not long. Long simply has too much information that is largely useless/redundant, especially to people that are going to just click the data link to get the info anyway.
Well for one, you want as much +HP and +Recharge as possible. Do not slot for any +defense, it's a waste; I promise. Getting Tough is useful (Resistence works for a /Regen in PvP, but not defense), but the Leadership Pool is useful too. If you build for +HP, you can get around 1850 HP, which is great for a Regen Scrapper.
Most will tell you to slot 3 Performance Shifters. I have Stamina and Quick Recovery slotted with Eff Adap for the combined 2.26% HP bonus.
Also, get Weapon or Body epic. Dark is very, very situational and the Hold is useless for the most part. Weapon gives you TD and Webnade, with Webnade being the biggie. I chose Body and I cannot tell you how much Laser Beam Eyes has helped me get kills. I'd say 35-45% of my kills are from LBE tagging a runner. It deals solid damage in PvP, too. I 6-slotted mine; 5 Ragnorak (not the Dam/End) and the Achilles Heel -res proc. It does good damage and debuffs defense as well as sometimes debuffing resistence.
You only need to 2 slot BU with Recharge IO's; DR hits ToHit buffs hard and you won't be having too much trouble hitting anyway.
But really, seeing your build would be most helpful.
