Mouseover not working in enhancement screen.

I don't know. It's still repatching. I was unaware those were part of the tool tips. I'll check it once it's done.

Are you sure you weren't in the Training-up Add-enhancement-slots screen. That doesn't show enhancement pop-ups or IO Set slotting, but it does have the detailed power buttons.

I'm having this issue when I open the enhancement management window. When I mouse over the individual powers, it should pop up a preview window that shows the power's description, what types of enhancements I can slot, etc. But if I remember correctly, that window has never shown back up for me since they implemented the buttons at the top that "show detailed info".
I thought the feature for some reason had been removed, but when I log in to a different account it works fine. I've tried deleting all kinds of settings files and it's still not showing up for my main account.
Does anyone know what specific file stores that information? It would suck if somehow it was a server side issue.
